Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-volume e-commerce orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate automated packaging machinery and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality control scans and inventory audits
- Optimize packing workflows for cost-efficiency and speed
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Train new packers on SOPs and equipment protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume order fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Prior experience with temperature-sensitive packaging
