Responsibilities
- Prioritize and pack high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate automated packaging systems and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train new packers on operational standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or order packing experience
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
