Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train junior packers on efficiency techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/packing experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with WMS or inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
