Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and verify orders according to strict quality standards
- Operate automated packaging systems and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order completeness and damage prevention
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order packing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
