Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship high-value orders with zero tolerance for errors
- Operate automated packaging systems and inventory management software
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Optimize packing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce material waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume order packing experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and barcode scanners
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy metrics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
