Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2025 product vision and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams around strategic goals.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, utilizing analytics to measure success and iterate on product performance.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping complex B2B/B2C products.
- Strong technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, etc.).
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments while maintaining strategic focus.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools.
