Responsibilities
- Define and execute the project strategy for the 2026 World Expo, aligning with organizational goals and timelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and operations departments.
- Manage complex budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks across all project phases, ensuring operational continuity.
- Stakeholder management: communicate effectively with government bodies, sponsors, and international partners.
- Oversee the deployment of technology solutions that enhance the visitor experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale events, construction, or government infrastructure.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $10M and leading teams of 20+ members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of risk management and crisis response protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on innovation.
- Experience with international project coordination is a plus.
