Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect and design scalable quantum computing architectures and hybrid AI models optimized for the year 2026.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, including quantum-enhanced neural networks.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate new quantum technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, AI, and edge computing to drive strategic technical decisions.
- Integration: Integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum information science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum counterparts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
