Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and engineering for the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum, Security) to integrate complex systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms and hardware-software integration strategies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++, with experience in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI models.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
