Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing tasks.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize code for current and future quantum processors (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the AI division.
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum machine learning models that leverage the best of both worlds.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in quantum mechanics and AI research to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and quantum simulators.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms (Neural Networks, Transformers, GANs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
