Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for climate modeling
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in our Austin R&D facility
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier publications
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum annealing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and GPU acceleration
