Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with cryogenic systems and photonic processors
- Develop error correction protocols to enhance quantum coherence times
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and healthcare

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
