Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, improve site speed, and enhance crawlability for search engines.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase organic traffic, and maximize conversion rates for key business units.
- Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research and analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and inform content strategy and PPC campaigns.
- Link Building: Spearhead white-hat link building campaigns and manage relationships with digital PR agencies to build domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with content teams to optimize on-page elements and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
