Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and build a scalable content strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize web content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to align SEO goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
