Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to ensure website health, optimize site speed, and fix crawl errors to improve search engine indexing.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and target high-value keywords for maximum organic visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks and enhance domain authority.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement best practices to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform deep-dive competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications: Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
