What You Will Do:
- Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies and technical optimizations.
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability and indexing issues.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-performing content strategies based on keyword research and user intent.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Manage the SEO budget and report on performance metrics to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink profile analysis.
- Optimize site architecture, page speed, and mobile usability to meet Core Web Vitals standards.
- Lead the implementation of Schema markup and structured data to enhance SERP visibility.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the technical build.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of improving organic search rankings.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with content creators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
