Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Site Architecture: Optimize website structure and navigation to enhance user experience (UX) and search engine crawling.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta tags, and schema markup.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new growth opportunities.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts to build high-quality, relevant backlinks and domain authority.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON-LD.
- Tools: Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
