The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, focusing on Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy that aligns with user intent and long-tail keyword opportunities.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth areas in the 2026 digital landscape.
- Collaborate closely with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during the build and content creation phases.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, ranking performance, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including voice search, AI search, and mobile-first indexing, to future-proof our organic presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic and revenue.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
