Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy focusing on semantic search, AI-driven content optimization, and voice search dominance.
- Predictive Analytics: Implement tools and methodologies to predict search trend shifts and algorithm updates before they impact our clients' rankings.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee complex site migrations, Core Web Vitals optimization, and structured data implementation to ensure seamless crawling and indexing.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into our content workflows and SEO audits to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) to audit and improve site architecture.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of Google's Search Generative Experience, BERT updates, and the impact of AI on search results.
