Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and freight carrier selection
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Monitor warehouse inventory and packing workflows
- Resolve shipping delays and carrier issues proactively
- Analyze shipping costs and recommend efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with sales teams on client shipping requests
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Forklift certification preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus for international routes
