- Liaise with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and negotiate contracts
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Train junior coordinators on logistics best practices
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Expertise in Incoterms® 2020 and customs regulations
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
