Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping disruptions and carrier issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory control
- Track shipments using TMS and provide real-time updates
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Expertise in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under deadlines
- Certification in logistics preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
