Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control systems and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost reduction opportunities and KPI improvements
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet client delivery requirements
- Implement and maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and hazardous material regulations
- Train junior staff on shipping protocols and logistics software systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
