Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across multiple carriers and international routes
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse operations with precision
- Oversee customs clearance documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CLTD) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
