Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary TMS platform
- Resolve transit delays and customer inquiries proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Train junior coordinators on SOPs and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- CLTD or CSCP certification a plus
