Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations across multiple carriers and routes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Oversee warehouse receiving, inventory control, and outbound logistics
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with international partners to navigate customs regulations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
