Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales teams on customer shipping requirements
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners and freight forwarders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Certified in hazardous materials handling (DOT 49 CFR)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume shipping operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
