Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, ground, and sea freight
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
- Oversee customs documentation compliance (CBP, FDA)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with hazardous materials regulations (DOT, IATA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (Oracle, SAP, or Blue Yonder)
- Expertise in Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training
- Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
