Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for domestic and international freight
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate optimal shipping rates
- Oversee customs documentation compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement cost-saving strategies in transportation logistics
- Maintain accurate shipping databases and compliance records
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and shipping software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and air freight operations
