Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory allocation and palletization
- Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining SLA compliance
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Certified Customs Broker (ACE) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments with competing priorities
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
