Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries within SLAs
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on order fulfillment
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued for Mexico trade
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
