Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, carrier negotiations, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary logistics platform and proactively resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and international teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates for domestic and international routes
- Maintain compliance with all shipping regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and transportation regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CILT) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize complex shipping networks
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
