- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize freight routing and carrier negotiations for cost/time efficiency
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery disruptions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Analyze shipping data to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement new logistics technologies and process enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping coordination experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan Active)
- Deep knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving aptitude
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
