- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable software systems using probabilistic programming frameworks and neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and vision transformers for optimal inference speed and accuracy.
- Data Strategy: Develop robust data pipelines that feed high-quality synthetic data into our self-improving algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Research & Dev: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and practical engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software development.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and probabilistic programming concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
