Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core components for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and low-latency performance.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud-native development, utilizing AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, data scientists, product managers) to translate research into production-grade software.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize existing codebases and databases to handle petabyte-scale data streams efficiently.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure the stability and security of the project infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a proven track record of building distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with real-time data processing technologies (Kafka, Flink, or Spark).
