Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance AI systems specifically tailored for 2026 computing standards, integrating traditional ML with next-gen hardware.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the C-suite to define the technical trajectory for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging tech stacks and integration points.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing large language models and neural networks for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency on next-generation silicon.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical executives.
