Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline key milestones, product launches, and technological advancements for the year 2026.
- Market Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex strategic visions to executive leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and prototype high-potential innovations that align with our long-term corporate goals.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D resources to maximize impact and ROI on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Cloud Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
