In this high-impact role, you will translate executive vision into executable strategies, bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution. You will be the architect of our future, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our long-term growth and innovation goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines key milestones, resource allocation, and market entry strategies for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks before they materialize.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-Suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Performance Governance: Define KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across departments.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor activities and market shifts to adjust our strategic positioning in real-time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term (3-5 years) and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
