Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead Architectural Decisions: Make high-level strategic decisions regarding system architecture, cloud migration strategies, and technology stack selection.
- Drive Innovation & AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core business processes.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time projects with a focus on scalability.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and service providers to optimize costs and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict security standards and future regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and strategic technology planning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives and mentor engineering talent.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on emerging technology trends and market disruption.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
