Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, including milestones for AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation Generative AI solutions and large-scale data pipelines.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with long-term business growth objectives.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen microservices architectures.
- Drive innovation in data governance, ensuring security and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups for early access to breakthrough innovations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks regarding AI ethics and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform in enterprise-scale environments.
