Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize codebase efficiency, reducing latency and increasing throughput for high-volume data streams.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Machine Learning: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
