Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system audits to maintain robust security and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems and high-availability applications.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
