- Develop and execute a forward-thinking Employer Branding strategy focused on innovation, impact, and the future of work.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define workforce needs aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and funnel efficiency to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Host immersive hiring events and "Future of Tech" webinars to engage with the global talent community.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of hiring for emerging technologies (e.g., Robotics, Synthetic Media, or Blockchain).
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape in 2026, including trends in Agentic AI and Next-Gen Computing.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI sourcing platforms (e.g., Paradox, Entelo).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
