Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Technical Oversight: Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture audits to maintain high engineering standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Legacy Modernization: Drive the modernization of existing codebases to align with the 2026 technical stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Java, Python, or Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and high-availability solutions.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
