Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the project roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with broader business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, technical debt risks, and scope creep; implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and data-driven updates on project health, KPIs, and critical path items.
- Agile Execution: Drive the agile development lifecycle, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ceremonies to maximize team velocity and delivery efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time to meet aggressive 2026 launch targets.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product stability and scalability for a global audience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or product management within the software development industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML integration methodologies.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-visibility projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities and emerging technologies.
