Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent for software engineering, data science, and cyber security roles critical to the 2026 cycle.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers with high-potential candidates.
- Network Expansion: Cultivate a robust network of passive candidates within the tech and political sectors, specifically targeting experts in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with campaign leadership and technical directors to define hiring needs and ensure cultural fit within our mission-driven teams.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for FutureVote Analytics, representing our commitment to innovation and integrity to attract diverse talent pools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the political consulting, non-profit, or high-growth startup sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2026 election landscape, data analytics, or software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media sourcing to identify niche technical talent.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with the flexibility to pivot strategies rapidly as campaign needs evolve.
