Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source top-tier engineering, cybersecurity, and IT talent across the United States.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume technical roles, from defining job requirements and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with technical leadership to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and provide market insights on compensation and skills trends.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent LA 2026 at industry conferences, career fairs, and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract diverse talent pools.
- Process Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine hiring processes, improve time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within high-volume, fast-paced environments or the events/sports industry.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to utilize Boolean search, social recruiting, and passive sourcing channels to identify passive candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel occasionally for on-site recruiting events and stakeholder meetings.
