Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Lead the implementation of Schema Markup and structured data strategies to enhance rich snippet visibility.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and frontend developers to optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies that prioritize domain authority and white-hat ethics.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates (Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Train and mentor junior marketing analysts on best practices for technical SEO and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, including successful management of large-scale enterprise websites.
- Deep technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (PHP, Python, Node.js preferred).
- Proficient in using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals and Page Experience signals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug code-related SEO issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
