Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of Schema.org markup and structured data to enhance rich snippets and local search presence.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineering teams to improve site architecture, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Python to uncover user behavior trends and inform content strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy focused on high-authority domains.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to future-proof our SEO strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic by at least 40%.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or Headless CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
