Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and optimal resource utilization.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate technical vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI ethics to ensure responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects from concept to launch.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
